Edge of Autumn Website

In my spare time I play the drums within a rock band called Edgeof Autumn. I modified a HTML / CSS template in order to create a look that appealed to the band.

Many areas of the template were altered including the header tags, header, menu, logo, layout and colour scheme. I added to the design by implementing social network widgets and external links.

The header was modified using Adobe Photoshop replaced what was originally within the three rectangles with band associated images. The header was only accessible as a JPEG file and so was a single ‘flat’ layer.

Various image editing techniques were used in order to implement the band associate images in with the original design including the square marquee tool, wand marquee selection, image transformation / warping, rotation, and shading blending affects.
